Public Notice Regarding External E-Commerce Fraud

It has come to our attention that an online furniture store operating under the name “FurnifyFactory” has been illicitly using a UPI / Payment merchant identity containing our name (“primecraftinteriors”) to process payments.

Please note that PrimeCraft Interiors (primecraft.in) or its legal entities (PrimeCraft LLP) is strictly a residential and commercial interior design consultancy based in Bengaluru. We do not manufacture, retail, or ship individual furniture items online, nor do we run social media advertisements for commercial retail products.

If you are attempting to track an online furniture order placed on an external website, your transaction is not associated with our company. We strongly advise you to report your transaction ID immediately to your bank’s cyber fraud department or file a claim on the National Cyber Crime Portal (cybercrime.gov.in). Rerf this cyber crime comaplian numbers (21606260038931, 21903260034588) reported by us & others. Also send email to PayU ([email protected]) with your UTR number reporting fraund. Oure reported PayU case ID 86704698, you may refer it in your complain (Current status: our reported fraud was closed by PayU without taking any action).
